Terms of Use

1) Purpose

The platform allows the hosting and distribution of music videos. Use of the service implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2) Upload without account

Any content uploaded must comply with copyright, image rights and the laws applicable in Mayotte and France. The site reserves the right to delete any content without prior notice.

3) Responsibilities

The uploader guarantees that they hold all necessary rights. They indemnify the platform against any claim related to their content.

4) Moderation

Moderation is carried out a posteriori, in particular by deleting the file in the upload directory and removing its reference from the database.

5) Data & security

We store technical metadata (hashed IP, MIME type, size). Data files are not publicly accessible thanks to server configuration and access controls.

6) Abuse & prohibitions
  • Illegal, hateful, pornographic, violent, terrorist content: strictly prohibited.
  • Spam, malware, scraping and attacks: prohibited. Abusive IPs are banned.
7) Removal

8) Applicable law

French law. Competent court: Mamoudzou (Mayotte).

Optional title, filename, MIME type, size, date, and hashed IP address (SHA-256 + server salt). No account is created.

Metadata is kept for as long as necessary to operate and secure the service.

No resale. Possible disclosure to competent authorities on a legal basis.
